The issue was with a silent error while publishing the app frontend to Cloudflare Pages. The error appeared to be a one-time thing. We've republished and the situation is resolved. 

### x Investigating — Feb 19, 2:37 AM

We deployed a new version, leading to a version mismatch post-deployment that locks the app frontend out of making requests to the API. We're investigating.
